Guidelines
Our goal is to help you promote a positive viewer experience that results in the client purchasing your product

and/or service. Your ad must meet these guidelines before it will be accepted for placement on our digital network.

We reserve the right to decline any ad we feel fails to promote a positive experience for viewers on our network.

Your ad may not contain the following:

Mature Sexual Themes
Nudity and/or Sexual Activity
Offensive, Inappropriate or Indecent Language
Misleading Images
Inaccurate Affiliations
Inaccurate Trademark Usage
Inaccurate Price Discounts or Free offers that are not honored by the business
Racist or Anti Semitic Themes
 

Account Policies
After purchase of our ad package's) and receiving of your ad content, your account will be set up within 2 days.

You will be notified of your account status via e-mail and/or telephone. After review of your ad content

and/or creation of your content, you will be able to advertise on our network.
All ads must be received and approved in final format form not later than the 5th of any month in order to be

displayed on our affiliate locations starting the following month.

 Example: If you want your ad to be viewed on our network starting the 1st of March,

it must be received in final form, along with full payment, not later than the 5th of February.

Warranty Information
 

ICE makes no, and specifically disclaims any, representations or warranties, express or implied,

concerning any matter subject to your agreement, including any implied warranty of merchantability,

fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and any implied warranties arising from course of dealing

or course of dealing or course of performance. ICE makes no warranty that operation of the

ICE equipment will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, and ICE makes no warranty regarding any

goods or services purchased or obtained through ICE, or any transactions entered into through this website.
